In a career which spanned nearly 50 years, Jacqueline Babbin may be best known for producing the 1976 television drama, Sybil, starring Sally Field, which won an Emmy Award for outstanding drama, and a Peabody Award. She also produced Armstrong Circle and All My Sons, among other television programs. Early in her career, she worked on several Broadway shows, including A Streetcar Named Desire and later published two mystery novels, Prime Time Corpse and Bloody Soaps. A resident of Ridgefield from 1961 to the mid-1970s, she died in Kent, Connecticut.
